Tiffany Gomez

As Chief Operating Officer at Global Talent Immigration Law Group, Tiffany Gomez is responsible for leading and directing all operation functions of the company. Beginning her career as a paralegal, she has been working exclusively in immigration law firms for nearly 30 years. Alongside the Firm’s Managing Partner, she designs and implements policies to promote company culture and vision, overseeing operations to keep businesses on track. 

Tiffany has helped countless clients remain in the U.S. when facing deportation or persecution in their home countries. Upon joining Raynor & Associates in 2008, Tiffany's practice then shifted to the entertainment industry where she helped actors, producers, directors, and every other type of artist to obtain work authorization in the U.S. She eventually found herself personally managing the accounts of some of the largest television networks in the U.S. and Europe, as well as some of the top modeling agencies in the U.S. After moving to D'Alessio Law Group in 2015, Tiffany managed the firm’s top entertainment industry clients, in addition to the visa work for numerous groundbreaking tech-industry companies.

Tiffany's expertise and experience with extraordinary ability visa petitions and green cards led her to systematize the processes for these case types, as well as managing and training the legal professionals that work on them. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with senior leaders in law firms to significantly increase profitability and productivity by building, leading, and motivating highly effective teams of professionals.
